I have used a wide variety of tools and languages and enjoy learning languages and techniques and learn them quickly. I have a thorough understanding of computer software, hardware and business operations. Many of the smaller projects were stop gap applications, meaning they were meant to fill in until broader solutions were implemented while others have grown and/or morphed into other systems.
The following is, but a good representation of my knowledge base. If there is a hardware or technology that is needed for a project I can get up to speed faster than most.

Hardware
I have strong or expert knowledge in most PC technologies. I have built many personal systems for myself over the years, starting with my first 386. I own quite a few systems. One system to test loading operating systems and test software scenarios, a test web/file server, a development machine, a laptop, etc. I also always have done hardware support in various forms throughout my professional career. I have a thorough understanding of networks and IT infrastructures from one man operations to huge multi-city WANs.Software
